So according to the bosses of HERMES and UBER all of their drivers are all self employed
So why is every van and car of each of these companies bearing the company's name?
You can understand UBER they are a taxi company - you hire the company's taxi as part of your self employed job
But HERMES you go into the depot and use their vans as part of the fookin' job - you are effectively on piece work depending how many parcels you deliver
If HERMES want to get nitty gritty over things and say you are all self employed
Then their self employed drivers would be using their own vans with no bloody HERMES logo on 'em
I alway believe in reverse phycology me - just tell the fookers If I am self employed mate - I want money for advertising your fookin' logo
When they realise - oops they already did that even if you are hiring one of their cars or vans off them the bloody amount of advertising you are also doing on their behalf while you are out there trying to earn yourself a butty
£50 even a £100 a day should do it - it will helps towards the wear and tear of your own vehicles - when you are really forced into becoming self employed
Works both ways sunshines
