The shooting of Malala Yousafzai by the Taliban in Pakistan has shocked the world . . .
A young girl that has in her short time managed to receive the International Children’s Peace Prize, National Youth Peace Prize and great prominence within Pakistan for her outspoken words against living under the regime of the Taliban in the Swat Valley of Pakistan.
Has her fame not just nearly cost her life ?
But clearly a girl who from a young age was destined to rise to fame . . .
Her father Zaiuddin Yousafzai a Poet, runs a school and a political activist who promoted his daughter to change her wish from wanting to be a doctor to politician . . .
Would her life have been the same had the Taliban not taken over the control of the beautiful Swat Valley of northern Pakistan ?
We do not need the long story of how the Taliban feel in regard of young females wanting to attain their education and the price they pay trying to attain it, that in itself is world known !
But it is the effect that this young lady has now had on the military within Pakistan, its government, its people and of course the world . . .
Any effect on the Taliban ? Well hell no . . . Malala Yousafazai life will always be at threat now, that is the Taliban’s word . . . .
Ehsanullah Ehsan, chief spokesman for the Pakistani Taliban, claimed responsibility for the attack, saying that MalalaYousafzai "Is the symbol of the infidels and obscenity" Adding that if she survived, they would target her again ! ! !
Can what happened to Malala Yousafzai now change opinions within Pakistan of the stance of how the Taliban are allowed to operate within Pakistan ?
Gen. Ashfaq Parves Kayani chief of the Pakistan army has shown shock at this attack on such a prominent young girl, a army chief of considerable rare high morals within Pakistan, has vowed “We refuse to bow before terror, we will fight regardless of the cost, we shall prevail, by the will of Allah . . . .
Malala Yousafazai is now to be flown to the UK for further treatment in regard of her head injuries and I should think kept here now for her own safety . . .
For those who have never heard of Malala Yousafzai name or her words are now sitting up and listening . . .
To Malala Yousafzai we all wish you a speedy recovery and for you to continue with your life that Allah chose just for you and you alone . . . .
Malala Yousafzai Pakistan’s advocate for women’s rights to a better life, to a better education and to a better future . . . .
We welcome you . . . .
Aysha Sadiq-Ali. *_*;
