THE MENTAL STATE OF AMERICA . . . .

Lets get this right does making owning guns illegal prevent killings by no other than some very sick nutters ? 

Well no . . . .

Just as drugs are illegal . . . .

Where there is a will there will always be a way . . . .

But is America's attitude right to the amount and the type of guns that they may as person own . . . . ?

Well no . . . .

Sales have in fact soared once there was just a chance that a threat of an ban was in the air . . . . ?
No one is asking for guns to be illegal within America . . . .

What the people are asking for here is tighter control as to what guns may be owned legally . . . .

Asking for a total ban on guns in itself to the big self centred American is in my view folly . . . .

What is in question here is . . . .

1) Is the state of mind of certain people who can or be allowed to access guns . . . .

2) The need for weapons other than a hand gun as a means to self protect . . . .

3) Why does America's 2nd amendment that states that every American has the right to own a gun for the purpose to self protect . . . . ?

Why does the amendment in itself state a gun . . . . ?

Is it not because such freedom to own such a weapon in the first place mean that the only way you will be attacked is by a gun . . . . ?

The policy of being allowed to own guns in itself is not the problem here, but the attitude within America itself . . . .

America shows itself as a very God like country, while feeding its younger generations on films that glorify the use of large fully automatic or semi automatic guns . . . .

The right to protect . . . .

Do you need a amendment to what is clearly such a natural need and right in all countries the over . . . . ?

And do you not in fact over step the mark between setting off a warning shot to say be warned I am armed to pumping off a whole set of rounds to pulverise  your attacker to bits . . . . ?

This latest attack on a school within America to which 20 children died, did not die by a single shot alone . . . .

I for one would ask for a total ban on guns within America . . . .

Those who hunt can be licenced . . . .

Provided the guns are signed out and return to a local armory near to where they live . . . .

Where the guns can be held, thus a record of each and every gun is kept and any usual pattens of weapons not being returned are noted . . . . !

Same for gun clubs . . . .

You want to own a gun or rifle then you must register, be licenced  . . . .

And your guns and rifles kept at the gun club you use and at this gun club only . . . .

The sale of guns and rifles are not just sold like buying toffee at some candy store . . . .

That one must show that they are either a hunter by being registered and licenced or a sportsman of guns by the same but only on the grounds that these weapons are when not in use are kept secure in local armories . . . .

Signed in and signed out as needed and nothing more . . . .

Will this prevent another massacre on the scale of this latest event . . . . . ?

Well no . . . .

Most hunters and responsible sportsmen of guns are fully instructed and trained to the responsibilities of using a gun or rifle . . . .

It is the plain Jane or Joe on the street or home owners who in general who can buy a gun without any knowledge or training as to why they need more than a hand gun in the first place . . . . 

It is here that problem lies . . . .

Do households or person on the street in general get attacked by thugs using fully automatic assault weapons . . . . ?

So why on earth do you need a fully automatic assault weapon to protect yourself . . . .

A person who has been fully trained can be taught how to shoot to warn and shoot to kill if the need be with just a hand gun alone . . . . !

It is the great American attitude that needs to change here . . . .

They have without default have to have bigger and better . . . .

This is inbred . . . .

You invented the gun . . . .

You robbed the Indians by the gun . . . .

You have armed most of the world with guns . . . .

Then stand in grief when that legacy returns on to you and most of all your innocent children . . . . !

You really in the end have just created your own gun hell . . . .

I think more than anything think it is your state of mental health as a nation that is in question here . . . . !

Given just about every mad gun man who sets out with a view of massacring the innoccents then go on to kill themselves . . . .

The case of Staff Sergeant Robert Bales continues with the US army wanting the death penalty for the deaths of 17 Afghans which included children in the death toll . . . .

In his defence it was argued that Staff Sergeant Robert Bales was far from in a good mental state of mind when committing his crimes given he was high up on alcohol, steroids and sleeping pills . . . . !

No mention here of just why this was allowed to happen under US army control . . . .

Pass the buck why don’t you . . . . !

Ms Scalan on behalf of Staff Sergeant Robert Bales also proclaimed, according to eyewitnesses accounts on that night, that the "Give em here I just want to kill em" Staff Sergeant Bales was seen to be wearing a cape . . . . !

Why on earth would a man who was supposedly lucid be wearing a cape . . . . ?

Well that is simple me dears, it is normal army issue to wear a cape when it is raining blood.

Bales who has quite clearly been found guilty of the committing the crime but let it be noted that there were only four lots of blood of his victims to be found on his clothes . . . . !

Did the cape protect him from the blood or were there others in on the act also . . . .

Just to say evidence shows that the blood from victims of one village massacre was taken to the other . . . . !


The question of the fact that 2 men where to be seen leaving the base at the same time . . . .

And that this other Sergeant that was with Bales was supposed to have been seen disposing of a large garbage bag later in the early hours of the morning . . . .

Also the fact that the soldiers were having a no shave period at the base that month and were all sporting beards, that this soldier then was reported as looking clean shaving and looking conspicously clean later on the same day . . . .

It seems to me Staff Sergeant Bales cape after its rampage of blood and gore was not the only thing it was covering up . . . . !

Afghan accounts of this night differ greatly to what the yanks are leading us to believe . . . .

After an attack which resulted in Staff Sargaent Bales friend losing a one of his lower limbs, Afghans in the village were then rounded and threated with revenge by American Army soldiers . . . .

And where in a silent world of night raids by American soldiers against Afghans are consider the norm . . . .

A wife who was at the time just putting the house up for sale because of financial difficulties, whose now financial difficulties seemed to have since strangely disappeared . . . .

I am all for that “Give em here, I just want to kill em” Bales is guilty beyond doubt that we can be sure of . . . .

But my concern just who else is too . . . . ?

For one the US army for allowing such a soldier to be going round in such a state as he was that night and more so days before . . . . !

17 People is a very large amount of people to kill and then collect together ans set alight in such a small space of time over 2 different villages given that he actually returned to base before setting out to the 2nd village and then only to come back and only have the blood of only 4 of his victims on his attire . . . . ?

Even to an Afghan whose terrian this area belongs to know this was one tall order for just one man alone . . . .

President Barack Obama made a point of making sure that all families involved were compensated quickly as possible to bring animosity down as soon as possible at the given Afghan rate of $37,000 per person . . . . !

I hear this was from his own pocket too . . . . !

It seems to me it is in the US army best interests to have Staff Sergeant Robert Bales receive the death penalty . . . .

Probably with the view that once this problem has gone so has all the lies that go with it . . . . !

Whether he receives it or not . . . .

Because Staff Sergeant Robert Bales may still be relieved from the death penalty on the grounds of his mental state of mind . . . .

Something which if so, only the US army can take the blame . . . . !

What you can bet is Staff Sergeant financial problems for his family will have been sorted on the grounds your guilty so just take the rap for all of it and we as the US army will sort the rest out for your family . . . . !

Can their ever be any real justice in the world I ask you . . . . ?

I kind of see were Morsi (I only have half a brain) was going with all of this, especially if it was only temporary but the trouble was, was it . . . . ?

Can anyone at this time trust anyone else . . . . ?

It's really a no win situation within Egypt at the moment, and in the mean time the Egyptian people continue with an unbalanced view of what it is they are really looking for . . . . !

Basically I think because Egypt is still stuck in a quad mire of old and new.

And the military continues to play a big part in all of this and it seems rightly so . . . . !

Where is the balance here if all parties continue to argue . . . . ?

As with all countries when getting rid of a dictator, it is seldom ever thought out as to who is then is strong enough to carry their country to where it wants to go to, because if it had it would have been a coup . . . . !

Is old man Mohammed (I only have half a brain) Morsi the true leader that Egypt needs at this present moment . . . . ?

He may have shown good leadership qualities when dealing with the Hamas and Israel conflict, but seems totally lost to his own country needs . . . .

And as for the Egyptian on the street well nothing is making them happy what so ever . . . .

Trepidation of what will in the end shall be, is a long and winding road for Egypt and maybe what is needed here is a joint ruler ship of old and new till the Egyptian people can at least settle down and see where it is they want to go and just who is going to be strong enough to get it for them . . .

There were many debates held to whether or not the hoax call by 2 very stupid Australians DJ’s to the King Edward VII hospital in to which the hoaxer's pretended to be the Queen and Prince Philip asking in regard of their daughter-in-law, “The lovely dear old Kate" who was attending the hospital due to very bad morning sickness . . . .

Well many said it should have been taken as the joke it was . . . .

Other said it highlighted the lack of security at the King Edwards hospital that many of the royal family have attended in the past . . . .

You will be glad to know most Australians who were asked thought that due to “The lovely dear old Kate’s” condition of very severe morning sickness to which can even result in one losing their child was in very bad taste . . . .

But there were those who thought differently . . . .

After all “Dear old Kate” was on the mend so “All was well”

Now we hear the dedicated nurse Jacintha Saldanha (Mother to 2 children) who had worked at the King’s Edward for just a little over 4 years has died . . . .

By commiting suicide . . . .  

So . . . . 

So much for all of you who thought it was just joke and should be taken as such . . . .

I for one think it was done in very bad taste when a young lady who is pregnant had yet to recover from her very severe illness to which she could have lost her baby . . . .

To which you did not know if all was going to end well for the Duchess . . . .

If this joke had been played to then news that the Duchess had lost her baby . . . . 

Well just where would have been the "It was just a joke" been then . . . . ?

Where was the joke that then went on to result in the death of Jacintha Saldanha who was probably totally aghasted at the terrible mistake she had made at your behalf . . . . ? 

Had this been prince Harry with a mere broken leg, sat up in his bed smiling, then "Yes" I could really see the joke . . . . 

But as it was this joke was conducted in very bad taste . . . .

UN officials are starting to leave Syria, this is usually the first sign that armed forces are preparing to go in . . . . !

America is uppering its support to Turkey in its defense system against Syria attacks . . . .

And yet another surveillance drone found within Irans borders . . . .

So is America starting to get all geared up and ready to enter Syria . . . . ?

Is N.A.T.O . . . . ?

Has the fact that the great old America who can't bear to let a war be won without the "You would never have won it without us” thrown in getting ready to go into action here . . . . ?

What I worry here is when a man such as president Obama stands up with a speech to the “Lets Bash Em” al Assad warning him against using chemical weapons in Syria against his own people or there will be consequences, that it is like waving a red flag to a bull . . . .

Or worse that Syrian rebels or the many terrorists that are now within Syria and even worse that any outside country that would like to force the issue within Syria to their own advantage (Something that is not past the C.I.A) might just resort to using chemical weapons against Syrians knowing full well that would then lead to outrage from the world and in turn some kind of invasion by outer forces. . . .

Here enters America . . . .

Here enters N.A.T.O . . . .

Unlike Iraq, Syria has quite openly admitted to owning such chemicals but just promises they will not us them . . . . !

The rebels have by all accounts been putting up a good fight without the weapons needed to fight such a military might as Assad’s, as with Libya is it time to either support the rebels with better weapons in which to fight with or just find an excuse to get in there now when things are looking good to at last bring down “Lets Bash Em” al Assad and his regime . . . .

And the threat of chemicals is as good as excuse as any despite the fact “Lets Bash Em” al Assad has had them since time gone old . . . .

With Israel carrying on with its own game and America's interest in Iran, time is of the essence for the Americans now to put their foot inside of Syria . . . .

So we wait now to hear the first news of chemicals being used . . . .

But what I am trying to get across here before you all cry out “For God sake do something here and get in there” . . . . !

Just whom is it within Syria that is exactly using them . . . . ?

I always think that life has its own twists and turns, let the Israeli's build across the line, then just maybe when the time comes to say what's what, that settlements that the Israeli's have built are up as illegal can then be sitting there to give the displaced Palestine refugee a much needed & much deserved home, so let them built, then kick the Israeli's back behind the drawn line, is it really the Israeli’s who are in the wrong here for crossing the line, if in the end no-one in the world will sit down as an governing body and lay down some defined borders and bloody stick to it . . . ?

leaving the state of play as it now will only result in one day the Israeli's slowly but surely pushing its way into every surrounding border as it is doing now and you will end up having in the end history reversing itself . . . .

That once a man who tried to rid the world of Jews by the name of "Hitler" could well be turning in his grave while the very Jews he tried to rid the world of in a matter of course slowly but surely rid the world of anyone but themselves . . . .

All that is needed here is trusted forces to over see the work and hold the financial purse to the work done . . . . 

Qatar is waiting in the shadows with aid and construction plans for the Gaza strip . . . .

The US also has its policy of aid for Gaza . . . .

But the days of placing  funds wholly with government leaders are gone, if not fool hardy. . . .

Without full control of over seeing funds makes you as guilty as supplying the weapons that this money is then changed into . . . .

Aid is getting into Gaza but do we really have any idea just to how much and as to why it is totally being staturated by such a small piece of land . . . . ?

If the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip could only really show it needs aid as needed to build a better place by putting down it arms and spend all of it time concentrating on building the better place it wants . . . .

~ A bit of an interlude there as I drift away thinking of happy Gaza Palestinains singing away while on the working on the job . . . .

Part of the Hamaz peace agreement is that there should be an opening of the border controls . . . .

Egypt has agreed to the allowing of crossings of construction materials . . . . 

Is our trust about to be misplaced as thoughts of the Palestinians of Gaza bringing in more weapons in their so called fight against Isreal or worse the like of Al- Qaeda making its way through the borders . . . .

Something that Hamas has yet allow to darken it door . . . .

THE BRIGHT SIDE OF GAZA . . . .

The question of Israel’s' intelligence on the hotspots attacks within Gaza being an issue was something I was about to bring up, but that it seems has already been brought up by the people of Gaza and taken into their own hands . . . .

So we can only hope but I am sure we are far from it that the information received of informers was fully proven without doubt . . . .

The fact that 6 men have been taken from just one spot, a van and shot on the street without question leaves a very worrying gap . . . .

Al-Qassam Brigade claims the men had stood trail, were found guilty before being taken to the spot to be killed . . . .

But the fact that one of the bodies was then dragged by motor cycle through the streets while the others were physically kicked and spat on leaves an even worrying issue to the sense of a fair trial before all and before being found guilty beyond proof . . . .

Do the group Al-Qassam Brigade have the right to hold a trial and to be the judge in what is a serious matter in Gaza in regard of informers . . . . ?

I think not . . . .

The people of Gaza seem not to be doing themselves any favours here . . . .

So what do we have here . . . . ?

The animals of Gaza want their freedom . . . . ?

GAZA A PHOENIX IN THE RISING . . . .

A ground invasion by the Israeli’s army are you for it or against it ?

Whatever wrongs the Palestinians’ feel they have suffered here, have they not just got themselves to blame ?

A border of concrete was not build for nothing here; it was put up as well as border controls to prevent the terrorists within the Gaza strip entering Israel . . . .

Remember here that Egypt also have these borders in effect . . . .

So let’s get this right they are there for a very, very real reason . . . .

Did the Palestinians ever have a reason to be grieved, well yes they did and still do . . . .

The Palestinians of the Gaza strip have long suffered a lack of much needed amenities such as bad electricity, water and decent sewer system this has been a bone of contention for a long time . . . .

The border controls has badly affected it economic structure within the Gaza strip . . . .

But the question has to remain why . . . . ?

Given there is more than one quarter to the Palestinians here, there is after all what has now become known as the West bank . . . .

And there are problems on both sides . . . .

But Gaza is treated differently why . . . .

Because the only way the Palestinians of the Gaza strip can put their point of view across is by the use of the weapons . . . .

So if their plight is so much, why after a decade make your point by sending in rockets Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to make you point . . . . ?

And in effect are pushIng yourself into an all right war with Israel . . . .

Because let’s get this right you are about to start a losing battle . . . .

A child cannot cry because it lobbed a brick into its neighbours garden and then get upset because that neighbour retaliates using a bigger brick . . . .

The days of we just do it, but we only create a bit of damage, no one really gets really hurt are over . . . .

You are not at war with Israel . . . .

Technology is high in the game of war now . . . .

And the Israelis’ are on the top of the game here . . . .

You bring out your dead and say look . . . .

Every innocent man, woman and child and ask just what was their part in this war . . . .

Have you stopped and heard yourselves . . . .

Your rebels, terrorists are living right in your back yard and did/do they think they are afforded some kind of security hidden behind your innocence . . . .

Innocence do you really have any . . . . ?

You as citizens of Gaza voted them in . . . . 

You as citizens have to take some of the blame  . . . . 

For all the technology mistakes are made . . . .

Just ask NATO . . . .

Every drone attack . . . .

All have their quota of innocent deaths . . . .

Collateral damage . . . .

The Israelis’ have done their best to get their homework right in their fight to take out every military leader, military isolations and weapon dumps in their effort to what is only their right to protect Israel and its citizens . . . .

You are in your ignorance as guilty as the Israelis’ . . . .

But how you cry . . . .

Have I heard myself you say . . . . ?

Yes I have watched as the rest of the world to wrongs to the Palestinians’ over my life time to know when enough is enough on both sides . . . .

Two wrongs do not make a right . . . .

And there are more nations at fault here than just the Palestinians’ . . . .

War is not the answer here . . . .

If money was spent on building the up infrastructure within Gaza putting it economy back to the fore would Gaza really have so much to complain about ?

If only you would put your weapons down then the borders would come down . . . .

Then the much overdue help from other countries would come to help you build up your infrastructure, your economy . . . .

Imports and exports could then be resumed within and out of Gaza . . . .

Does Gaza have it own natural resources . . . .

Yes of course it does . . . .

But you have created a stale mate of your own making . . . .

You won’t help yourselves thus preventing others helping you . . . .

The people of Gaza would no longer be divided with the West Bank . . . .

Borders would open between Egypt and most of all Israel . . . .

Egypt who on one hand declares it support of Gaza . . . .

While prevents any opening of its borders control . . . .

With well no more reason more than the Israelis’ themselves . . . .

Jordan and Egypt are both fully aware should the borders open that weapons would seep into Gaza at a much more faster rate than they are now . . . .

Do you think the countries that are supplying you with the weapons really have your good intentions at heart here . . . . Hell no . . . .

You are the tools in which to be used in their own hate of Israel here . . . .

Do you think they are losing any sleep at night when you bring out your dead here . . . . ?

Could anyone think such a small place as the Gaza strip could be the fuse that could start WW3 . . . .

Time has passed Palestinians’ of Gaza . . . .

We all know of your grief . . . .

Put your weapons down and put your case to the United Nations . . . .

Make Gaza the place you want it to be . . . .
