Fire roasted chicken with it coat

Rice and black eye peas - please

All ate in a nice summer breeze

I’m having grilled Mango with it

In my backyard I am going to sit

A bottle of Jamaican ginger beer

As to finish it off all with a cheer

A bit of reggae gets the yes vote

Neighbours look on and do gloat

My backyard no trouble or strife

We really know how to live a life
