Guess who has found the “Syllable” counter and
is having themselves a ball . . .
Now I can shove that flippin’ “Sonnet” in the
box and soon it will tell me all . . . : )
A “Sonnet” oh to a “Sonnet” for me shine . . .
Now for 14 lines of some absurd verse . . .
Ever have the feeling that you want to curse .
. .
Each line of 10 “Syllables” can never fit in all
line . . .
I could hit “em all with a “Hammer” if I so
inclined . . .
But each and every “Syllable” would only be
adverse . . .
I would end up with a “Sonnet” of something
even worse . . .
And this particle sad “Sonnet” would never get
to shine . . .
Now I have hit the C line and we are about to
change course . . .
But I have “Booped” up as the ever changing C
line rhymes with the first . . .
By passing a heart attack and getting on with
the job in hand the final set . . .
I am going for a fancy French “Sonnet” with its
C - D - E - C - D - E sestet . . .
Of course this so called “Sonnet” can only be
classified as a total farce . . .
Because I have mixed all the lines up and now feeling
a complete arse . . . !
I know I am out of order with my “Syllable’s”
but I haven’t got there yet . . .
I’m practising my A- BB- AA-BB-A then hopping
over to the C to convert . . .
Then I’ll practise on converting all my
“syllables’” for all its flippin’ worth . . .
I might be “Blessed” one day with an all mighty
supersonic “Sonnet” birth . . .
I have no idea why I have suddenly changed to
lines and lines of couplets . . .
Even worse to find nothing is “Gonna” rhyme
with that but an “Octuplets” . . .
I am just “Jamming” in on what I do best and
taking you along for the ride . . .
If I never make this “Sonnet” then I’ll die
knowing that I really really tried . . .
Oh an “Ode” to a “Sonnet” for to thee I know I
am failing fast . . .
I really wish I had now stuck it out in that
flippin’ poetry class . . . ; )
Indiana Shaw . . . : )
